This is a conversion from the original farm coach house with hay-loft above. Now it provides comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for four people.

The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom are upstairs together with a small loft space suitable for a child's cot or small mattress. Downstairs the twin bedroom has a shower and toilet adjacent to it.

The living area is shared between kitchen, sitting and dining spaces. Equipment includes washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, TV with DVD, woodburning stove, supplementary electric heaters.

The small patio area has garden table and chairs for meals taken outside and the guest garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the views across the Sussex countryside surrounding the cottages.

There is private off-road parking for up to two cars in the car park adjoining the guest garden area.

Lettings are normally Friday at 4pm to Friday at 10am.
