Prices and terms of letting for Holiday Cottages
Cottage prices have seasonal variations. They range from £350 - £600
Price includes beds made up. Electricity is by £1 coin-meter.Towels can be hired.
- Lets are from 4pm Friday to 10am the following Friday.
- Reservations must be written and accompanied by a non-returnable deposit of £150p.w. Once confirmed by us, this reservation constitutes a contract. This renders the person liable for the payment of the full cost. It excludes any rights of tenancy.
- The balance due must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start date, without a reminder.
- If there is a written cancellation we will waive payment of balance only if we re-let.
- The visitor is liable for any damage to the property and contents resulting from his stay and must make good the loss or damage.
- No more than the stated number of persons may sleep in the cottages.
- Neither pets nor smoking are allowed on the premises.
- The cottages must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in the same clean, orderly condition in which they were found on occupation.
- We reserve the right to levy additional charges if the above are not observed.
