This is a conversion from the original offices of a charitable trust which was based here - hence the name. It now provides comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for four people all on ground-floor level.

The double bedroom at one end of the property has an en-suite bathroom, while the twin room at the other end has a shower and toilet adjacent to it.

Between them is the open plan living area, shared between kitchen, sitting and dining spaces. Equipment includes washer/drier, fridge.freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, TV with DVD, woodburning stove, supplementary electric heaters.

The guest garden has outdoor furniture where you can enjoy meals taken in the fresh air and plenty of space in which to survey the views across the Sussex countryside surrounding the cottages.

There is private off-road parking for up to two cars in the car park adjoining the guest garden area.

Lettings are normally Friday at 4pm to Friday at 10am.
